You can go to the dentist to have it done. The results are very good as they use a higher amount of the bleaching agent and it is pretty instant. When you leave you will have noticeably whiter teeth. The problem is that it is quite expensive. It can cost a couple of hundred dollars. So although it is fast it is not the most cost effective.

The best method I found was by using home whitening kits. These also contain a higher amount of the bleaching agent and it is much more cost effective. What is also a good benefit is that the some companies also let you have a free trial so that you can try it for yourself without having to pay the full amount upfront.
